Fourteen coffees were packed in three bag designs, ordered from three printers on three schedules. A single origin change meant a new artwork file and a minimum order the roastery could not use.
One bag, printed in two colours, with the origin carried by a label applied at packing. Roast date, weight and method sit in fixed positions, so the information is in the same place on every bag.
Three print runs merged into one. A new origin now costs a label change rather than an artwork file. The fourteen coffees read as one roastery on a shelf and as fourteen at the stall.
