Engineers were the audience, but the old identity spoke to procurement. Datasheets were built in three templates by three teams and none matched the site. Sales sent PDFs that looked like they came from separate companies.
A single monospaced family for specifications and a grotesque for everything else, with a mark that still reads at 16px on a component label. The datasheet became a template with fixed fields, so a new product ships documentation on the day it ships.
Demo requests rose to three point two times the previous year. Documentation is now produced by the product team without design review. The mark survives on a silkscreen at four millimetres.

Our engineers stopped rewriting the datasheets. That is the whole review.
